These terms cover website use and provide a simple summary of the booking position. Actual booked work is governed by the full service agreement.
1. Website use
This website is provided for general information about First Response Dementia Services and its services. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and appropriately.
2. No clinical advice
Website content is informational only. It does not amount to clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
3. Booking process
All new enquiries begin with a free 30-minute consultation. If a client wishes to proceed, the service, scope, fee and timescale are agreed in writing. Booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations
Where work has been booked, cancellation terms follow the service agreement. More than 28 days' notice, no cancellation fee and any advance payment is refunded. Between 14 and 28 days, 50% of the agreed fee may be retained. Within 14 days, 100% of the agreed fee may be retained.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and written materials remain the property of First Response Dementia Services unless otherwise stated. Content must not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Enquiries and information sharing
Any information submitted through the website should remain anonymised and high level until secure arrangements are agreed. Do not submit identifiable resident information through website forms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
